Michael founded Duvoire after experiencing firsthand what happens when property management goes wrong. As a rental property owner in the Reno-Tahoe area, he dealt with national companies that had no local presence, outdated technology, and a complete disconnect from the hospitality standards that drive five-star reviews and repeat bookings.

Rather than settling, he built the company he wished existed — one that combines the sophisticated technology and analytics of institutional property management with the personal attention and local expertise that only a boots-on-the-ground team can provide.

Today, Duvoire manages a growing portfolio across 13+ communities in the Reno-Lake Tahoe-Truckee region, operating from three local offices with a team that lives in the communities they serve.
