We needed a place to go when we weee suddenly evacuated due to a fire. We were so grateful to find this beautiful home that was just the perfect size. The appliances and countertops were modern and very well laid out. Every bit of the space was well designed. We absolutely loved walking the river walk multiple times a day, and we became regulars at the coffee shop that is walking distance from the house. We never had a need to drive anywhere the entire time we were there. It was extremely quiet, which made for a great sleep. Our little Maltese lived the walks. A great place to be in! The area is something that I was not expecting: a river across the street and multiple great places to eat. As well as the unique configuration of the Airbnb, Wi-Fi is something of my concern when I was first started looking for a place to stay, and this place provided. Most definitely exceeded all expectations.

I was fortunate enough to be able to book this place last minute. It was even nicer in person than the photos suggest. It was very comfortable for two people for a weekend, and the Air Conditioning was very welcome during a very hot weekend. If you are unfamiliar with Reno, this location is very walkable to the river district and not that far from downtown either. I had a great time exploring Reno mostly on foot and having a quiet, cool, welcoming place to WALK back to. The hosts were super communicative and proactive. Would love to have stayed longer and would absolutely recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and set up very nicely. The hot water heater is on the small side, but that can be helped by not using the waterfall feature in the shower. The bedroom also was clean, although the bed frame is a cheaper one so the center supports didn't work great. I would echo other comments that the stairs going down to the bedroom are steep and not fully enclosed, so this may not be a good option for someone with limited mobility. We had to carry our dog up and down them. The outdoor area is cute and private! Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts being very communicative with us.

Overall good stay and comfortable, homey feel. Was hard to find at first but pictures they sent helped a lot. But the water did turn cold after a shower or two.

Michael was a good host, good communication and helpful guides on how to park/get in. Kitchen was well stocked and it was a good unit for a 1bed/1bath. Appreciated shampoo/conditioner/soap for the bathroom as well. Also, many thanks for being pet friendly! Our dog was appreciative. Not an issue for the winter, but in summer, the AC is undersized for the unit, especially because it’s on the top floor, and bed is in the basement. There was a fan to move air, but we would have liked it colder. Close to River and downtown, but it’s a blessing and a curse. Didn’t always feel safe walking around at night with our dog. Michael’s place was fantastic! The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The home itself is cozy, clean, and very well appointed with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. You can tell care and attention went into every detail. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. To start, the space was very clean and I appreciated the extra touches that they had comfortable throw blankets, fans, nice pots and pans, and a vacuum, etc. Another nice touch that was appreciated is they have a water filter on their sinks. We brought our 2 big dogs with us and there was plenty of space for their crates in the bedroom. For those wondering about outdoor space for dogs, the courtyard is shared with another Airbnb and a spa which clients enter through the back, so we did not feel comfortable having our dogs run around back there. What a great little spot! You’re seconds from the adventures of downtown, casinos, restaurants and the river, and yet it’s peaceful and private! Michael was super accommodating to our specific needs this trip. We had everything we needed and greatly appreciated the cozy, home-like experience.
