We enjoyed our stay. It was a very quiet place night and day, super conveniently located. It was so easy to go to Downtown Reno and just to access the freeway. Nice park nearby, and a Raley's within walking distance.

Property was very clean with a small fenced in side yard. Located near lots of food places and a grocery store. Public park only 2 blocks away. Small kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Parking right outside front door. Near UNR Campus, and close to Interstate 80. Also not far from Downtown and Riverwalk. Quaint & clean little property.

We were in Reno for my husband’s bowling tournament at the National Bowling Center. Michael’s property was within easy driving distance. Most importantly, the space was comfortable and well appointed. I’m obsessed with the floors! Kitchen was well stocked with glassware, utensils, plates, coffee maker, and pots and pans. The walk-in closet in the bedroom so spacious! I also worked remotely and the WiFi connection was solid. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating throughout. I stayed for about a month and the space itself was cozy and well-maintained. Fully stocked kitchen and two parking spots up front. The location is great - close to UNR and in a convenient area. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Michael's listing was the perfect comfortable getaway for me for over a month. The kitchen was fully stocked, they even had an airfryer! The rental is nicely furnished and very clean. The location is ideal for walking to Rancho San Rafael Park, downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and the river path to Idle Wild Park. The only drawback was the freeway noise when the windows were open. When the windows were closed, the noise wasn't a problem. Overall, the place was perfect for me, and the host was great.

We spent three nights here in January. It’s a cozy duplex located conveniently close to I-80, though it wasn’t too noisy. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is fairly small, but totally functional. The neighborhood is easy to navigate on foot or by car.

Michael’s place was perfect for our needs. Our stay included Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years and his home was warm and cozy for the holidays! As others mentioned in past reviews, the rental was super clean and uncluttered, making it easy to move in and feel right at home. We loved the proximity to Rancho San Rafael and other neighborhood parks. We were also close to downtown activities, and this would be a great place to stay during summer festival season! Michael’s communications were absolutely top notch, always friendly and timely. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best airbnb we could’ve chosen to stay for a little over a week while we waited to move into our new home!! 10/10 recommend. Thaaron and Michael were very responsive through our whole stay. The space is perfect for 2 people and 2 dogs. All the amenities are great! The decor is so beautiful and the bathroom felt so fresh, clean and stocked! The kitchen is also fully stocked. We would absolutely stay again! The only recommendation for a change that I would suggest would be lighting in the yard for those nighttime potty trips for the pups.

Unit is half of a tiny duplex in a depressing loction next to a concrete bridge abutment and the dark, unmaintained space below the bridge, about 50 yards from Interstate Route 80. Parking spaces are for compact cars. “Fenced in yard” is a dog run. No covering on kitchen window allowing neighbors visibility. “Dedicated work space” is a high table with two stools under it and is also the only eating area. No clothes closet. First night no sleep due to traffic noise and lack of heat. Little sleep after that. Third night observed suspicious behavior under the bridge 30 feet from front door and called 911. Began to look for alternative and 6th night, canceled one month reservation and moved…

Michaels place was great for us and our 2 pups. Location was super convenient and only minutes away from events we were attending. Grocery store was around the corner and a nice park couple blocks away for the pups. Place was super clean and had everything that we needed. We had a great stay. The place was modern, fully stocked and conveniently located. The only thing to be aware of is that there isn't a direct door to the yard, you have to go out the front and to the side gate.

The home was exactly as described! Such a lovely home, great vibes. Wonderful hosts who checked in to see how we were settling in, which we found to be added bonus. Centrally located. Staying in this home had several advantages, including its close proximity to downtown, a smoke-free environment, and cleanliness. Moreover, the cost of staying here was lower than that of accommodations in the casinos. During the weekend we visited, it was quite hot, and the air conditioning was provided by a window unit in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this cool air did not reach the bedroom, which only had a standing fan. We opened the windows at night to let in some fresh air, but it became noisy in the morning.

Superbly equipped accommodation, has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Even though the unit is part of the owners home, it is designed in such a way as to feel completely separate and private. We only saw the owners on a couple of occasions during the week, but they made it clear that if we needed anything, we just had to ask. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and we hope to return in the not too distant future. Thank you Stephanie and Mick for making us feel welcome and thank you for the Cream Tea on arrival.

Queen of the Emerald Escape

We had a lovely stay in Reno. Originally here for a concert, we added mountain biking and climbing to our trip! The unit was very charming, loved the coffee cups, and the office table was useful. Our dog was so spoiled, her own yard, and right around the corner from a dog park! The owner was easy to message and quick to help make it a great experience. The yard was cleaned up nice which our dog enjoyed.

Very Dissappointing

Not as advertised. Way too many emails from the owners. Like 20 for a four day stay. They tried to bill me for the stay twice. At 7:30 on departure day, they had a construction crew in the back yard banging, sawing and grinding. They blocked me in and I had to ask three times for them to move their truck, trying to get to a meeting. Departure was at 11 The owner told me they were supposed to have come after I left. Yeah right. Bed was creaky and mattress was uncomfortable. Ten pillows most unusable stacked on the bed and the couch. Broken leg on coffee table. Property is very small with no dishwasher. No rail to enter a steep stoop and then up again through the front door. Electronic lock…

I was in town for a business conference at the college and this spot was very close to the arena. Micheal was very responsive and attentive to anything that came up or any questions we had during our stay. This spot is a hidden Gem! Close to a nice neighborhood, close to downtown, everything was 10 min away, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Will definitely book again if available in the future!

I rented Michael’s Airbnb for my sister and her husband while they were waiting to move into their home. They loved their stay; saying it was immaculate and beautifully decorated !
