Length of stay: Usually 2 nights or more; some dates need longer.
Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel less than 30 days before arrival and 50% is refunded. The terms for your dates are shown again with your price, before you enter a card.

-Late Check-Out Policy: Standard check-out is at 10 AM. A $100 fee applies for missing the check-out time. Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability and approval. -Parking Policy: Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space. Required Rental Agreement – Summary: By booking, Guest agrees to these key terms (the full agreement is sent to you after booking): (1) Only the guests on the reservation may occupy the home; no parties/events; quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. (2) Follow posted home instructions (parking, trash, hot tub, pets if applicable). (3) No smoking or vaping indoors. (4) No separate security deposit is collected; any damage/missing items/excessive cleaning may be handled through the booking platform’s resolution process. (5) All payments and required fees/taxes are processed exclusively through the platform you booked on; we never ask for off‑platform payments. (6) Where required by law/HOA/building and disclosed here, Host may request government ID after booking to comply with those rules; any such request will occur in the booking message thread. (7) This summary and the full agreement are supplemental to the booking platform’s terms; if there’s a conflict, the platform’s terms govern. Please let me know if you have any questions. Everything we needed was close by — grocery store, UNR. Host was very communicative and polite. Not sure if it’s mentioned anywhere but there is a small area behind the house for pets but it’s only accessible from outside the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedroom had an adjustable desk that worked perfectly for my remote work day.

Great place! Very clean, close to downtown. Nice neighborhood, enjoyed walking the pup to a nearby park. Great option to stay in Reno, highly recommend!

The place was very clean, well equipped and thought out. Little touches like doggie food bowels, dog treats and waste bags to Q-tips and make up remover wipes. The place is compact, but comfortable and cozy. There is no inside access to the dog break area, so you do have to access it from outside. The place is close to UNR and downtown Reno area, and easy highway access. There was 2 of us, and our dog for our stay. We had a nice and comfortable stay. The host had excellent communication, and made sure we had everything we needed.

though one of the amenities broke down (clothes dryer) Michael made every effort to remedy it promptly. He even generously offered complimentary laundry service to help mitigate the inconvenience. otherwise all was as expected.

We stayed for 3 nights for a volleyball tournament. The location was awesome! So many options to eat within a few minutes away! It was a short drive to everywhere that we needed to go. We were even able to get groceries delivered and we were able cook a few meals. There was a bit of construction at the time but, it was no biggie. I would definitely stay here again and maybe next time we’ll bring our dog.
