Absolutely enjoyed our stay with Mike! His home was definitely our home away from home! After long days out, it was nice to just come home and relax. We enjoyed all of the amenities his home had to offer. He was very responsive when we had questions and attentive to all of our needs. If and when we visit Reno again, we'll definitely look him up! The house was mostly clean on arrival. We were pleased with the location, despite the construction in the area. Overall it is a good property and we would stay there again when visiting Reno.

Michael is an amazing host! From the second everything was booked to the second we left, he made himself available for any questions and needs along the way. The place was perfect for our needs - very cozy and right in the center of town. It snowed while we were there and he had snow shovelers and plowing down almost immediately. He was also very respectful of our situation and need for flexibility and accommodated us to the best of his ability. Rooms were spacious and it was the perfect place for our stay. Would definitely book again!

We went to Reno for a ski trip in Lake Tahoe. Michael’s place is great. Clean room and very easy to access. The place has a private yard which is great if you bring a dog. The host was also really responsive with clear instructions.

This was a nice updated home in a quiet neighborhood but also close to a main road so it was easy to get around. The decor of the house was cute and amenities were all there. The house was clean but the carpets in two of the bedrooms were not. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The price was a bit steep because we had to pay for one night that we weren’t there since they didn’t offer check out on a Saturday. The fenced in yard was great for our small dogs. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. We would stay there another time.

Michael’s place was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The house is located close to UNR as well as many local shopping and eating locations. We didn’t have to travel far for any of our needs. It was well stocked with extra towels, soaps, toiletries and keurig k-cups. The beds were soft and cozy and we were appreciative of the spacious garage to park in so we did not have to unload our car. Michael was very communicative and provided clear instructions. He checked in right away to make sure everything was going well with our stay.

The house looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is walkable with a park nearby. Backyard is big enough for a couple dogs and has a seating area to hang out.

This is by far the most comfortable Airbnb stay I’ve had. The home is impeccable and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable lounge space. The beds were like hotel beds, and the pillows were comfortable as well. Appreciate that the place was thoughtfully pet friendly, our dog really liked having a big and secure outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great price for house. Near downtown Reno (good location) Not so good: The cleanliness. Some dishes were dirty that were in the cupboard, ants inside the home.

We are so glad we chose this property for our Reno stay! Photos are accurate - it's lovely - a somewhat older home, but with extremely tasteful/upscale upgrades throughout. It's not an overly large 3 bedroom, but has a very spacious feel. The kitchen is compact, but has a pantry & cupboards, well-stocked with nice dishes & cookware, but also with some empty shelf-space for guests' items. The bedrooms offered above-average storage-space & comfy beds. In short, it's a very well appointed home - GREAT attention has been taken to make it guest-functional, unlike some properties that appear to be someone's over-stuffed second home, where guests' needs are an afterthought. Very convenient location... close to shopping (for groceries or the items we inevitably forget) plus easy access to the highway and downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood for peaceful nights "at home". We stayed at Micheals property for 7 days. He made allowances for us with short notice changes of the occupancy. It gave us a centeral location for all of our family both in Reno and other locations to meet. Which worked out great. It allowed all of our neices and nephews to meet with other family members that they have never meet. We would diffenatly rebook for another stay and highly recommend his property for others. Was very responsive to anything that needed to be handled.

Great Host and Place

What impressed me the most about this place is the communication with the host. I have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, and this place by far had the greatest line of communication. The home is nice and cozy. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Michael's home. His home was located in a safe & quiet area. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed from cooking utensils/pots pans, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo etc. The location was convenient to stores, gas stations and the hotel where our event was being held which was a plus for us. Michael made sure to check in with us during our entire stay and responded to questions in a timely manner and was always polite and helpful. My family and I plan to book with Michael the next time we visit Reno.

Pyramid Fishing

We came to Reno to fish and just chill. We ended up getting over a foot of snow in the time we stayed and just hunkered down at the house and perfected our pinochle game. The host was so kind to let us stay past the checkout time as our flights were delayed until the evening. With all the snow there really wasn't anything else to do. Grateful for Netflix! We offered to wash sheets and towels to help the cleaning crew and shoveled the driveway. Not the weekend we were hoping for but made the most out of it! Thank you to the host who was so generous!

Beautiful Home

This house was centrally located which was fantastic. Anywhere we went it took us about 15 min. Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Communication was great with Michael and he even gave us an early check-in which is a bonus. Loved all the little touches to make our stay great. Feels like home
