Modern Retreat | Game Room + Backyard Patio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing mini getaway. Every corner of the home was thoughtfully designed with charming details that made the space feel warm, inviting, and cozy. Our pup especially loved having the fully fenced backyard to explore, which made traveling with a dog even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Reno area who wants a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the casinos, while still being close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Duvoire replied: Thank you, Jannah! We're thrilled you and your pup enjoyed your stay and found the home cozy and inviting. Your recommendation means a lot to us! We'd love to welcome you back anytime—hot tub idea noted! Safe travels until next time!

Had a great stay, hosts were helpful. Home was very comfortable, felt at easy being there. Rooms were good size, beds and bedding was comfy, black out shades were amazing and allowed for extra needed sleep (I have trouble sleeping so this was a huge for me). Kitchen/living spaces allowed for easy meals. The large tv’s were wonderful. Game room was a huge hit with our crew. I will definitely look into this hosts other available properties for future visits as well.

Duvoire replied: Thank you, Susan! I'm thrilled to hear you had a great stay and enjoyed the comfort of our home. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate your suggestions. We can’t wait to welcome you back for your next visit!

5 stars all around! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming — the most friendly and attentive host I've experienced in all my time using Airbnb. The place was immaculately clean and had a really cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully set up and well-maintained. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, look no further. Can't recommend highly enough! I will definitely be keeping an eye out if I ever book in the Reno / Tahoe area for Michael's properties because I had such a great experience! Thank you so much for letting me stay!

Great stay in Reno. Game room was great for entertaining the kids and the couch was awesome. Feedback would be the TV is extremely slow to load apps (like a 10 year old computer), the entry way could use a mat to keep the snow/wet shoes at bay (not sure it would fit under the opening door though), and the trash was full and not emptied from the prior guest. All minor feedback for the owner, overall the stay was great. Comfortable beds! Thanks!

Duvoire replied: Thank you, Kevin, for your thoughtful feedback! I'm thrilled to hear you had a great stay and enjoyed the game room and comfortable beds. I appreciate your suggestions and will work on improving those details. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Nice location and the garage is a nice man cave.

We came into town for an event at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Center. The house was about 12 minutes away and we never hit any traffic. We stayed on this side of town b/c we were looking for a safe spot close to the arena. The house was perfect, just as described and met all our needs. Hosts were responsive and directions were clear. Thank you!

We enjoyed Michael’s place a lot. His place was very welcoming of my family including our dogs. It was probably the cleanest Airbnb we have been to. The home is very comfortable. Michael has everything you need to have a home away from home. We would definetly recommend this place to our friends and we would stay at his place again.

Adrian and Micheal were absolutely wonderful hosts. Their home was very clean, had the amenities we needed and was very cozy. It was close to the major highways and was in a very quiet and central location to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to things

We picked this place because it was close to what we wanted. We stayed 20 days. At first it seemed fine. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable though. The neighborhood is a mix of people with nice kept yards and some that are a mess. There is a self proclaimed Harley house across the street and they start up their bikes first thing in the morning very early. We had issues with the TVs. They do not have cable so you have to decide how to stream. We have Hulu so signing I. Means we have to change location which means when we get home we have to change all of our TVs. The WiFi would come and go and then went out completely the last two days of our stay. Slyhe gfi tripped on the…

Great place for traveling with family. Clean, no clutter, and enough indoor and outdoor space for baby to crawl around. Recommend it!

Airbnb guest · via Airbnb

Really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place, very comfortable like being at home with all the amenities. Front and back fenced for our fur babies. The response time with questions was quick and didn’t leave us hanging. Michael is a great caring host and made our stay great.

We were in town for a wrestling tournament for the kids. We stayed 5 nights. The house was very comfortable, the beds were great, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the host was very responsive. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The competition was at the Reno Events Center. We were just 10 minutes away. Would highly recommend staying at Michael's place.

Had a great stay.

Airbnb guest · via Airbnb

We enjoyed a week plus stay and actually stayed 3 more days than we originally booked. We have two small dogs and the space inside and out was perfect for dogs. The house is very comfortable and in a very safe friendly Neighbourhood.

Airbnb guest · via Airbnb

We felt right at home. Very quiet neighborhood and not too far from restaurants or stores

Airbnb guest · via Airbnb

My family and I had a great time at Adrian and Michael's place! The backyard was great for the kid to run around in, and it's a close drive to grocery stores and shops. The beds and pillows were comfy. They also had a pack n play in the closet which was nice to not have to bring that. We didn't use the gym, but our kiddo loved the garage! It was her running around place when it got dark. Overall a great stay and very proactive hosts, would definitely recommend.
