We loved this comfy, private, conveniently located home. Next time we book it, we will make sure to check out the spa next door, which was booked solid. We were busy pretty much the whole time, but I can see spending a more relaxed vacation here, checking out the neighborhood.

This is a very private house in the heart of Reno, with a short walk to the river and very comfortable beds. The wall art is interesting and tasteful as well and it feels like a great place to unwind.

Repeat guest, love this place! Great vibe, well stocked, clean, feels like staying at a friend’s house. Has everything needed including a large refrigerator, blow dryer and excellent AC. Neighborhood is dog friendly, with cute and interesting houses and a short walk to the Truckee Riverwalk. We walked downtown two blocks to view the 4th of July parade and fireworks. Great communication but not intrusive. We really feel at home here and our dogs love it too. Note that the courtyard is shared during the day, 1 or 2 folks per hour walking to the other house until evening. Very quiet but dogs need to be accompanied during the day. Later in the evening the gate is latched. Will stay again.

Super sweet, dog friendly home that is beautifully decorated. Very quiet, semi-private home. You share a beautiful courtyard with a Day Spa; but I have to say, you would never know. Wish we had more time to take in a massage or other services. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would stay here anytime we are back in Reno! Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

Was not in waking distance of restaurants. There is no storage for your clothes, except clothes you can hang in a closet.Place was situated behind a business. It was clean and felt safe. Management was responsive. An overall good stay.

Michael was an awesome host! We had a few questions come up with the home and him and John were quick to respond and help us out. The home was perfect for what we needed and was super clean. We didn't realize it was tucked behind a business with 24 hour security, which was clutch and kept us at peace of mind while we stayed! We will definitely be back in the future!

This was a nice little space behind a spa. We were glad that there was reserved parking for us. Only once was it blocked. The but we were able to find on street parking. The place was cozy and has a full washer and dryer in the basement. If you like soft mattresses you’ll be okay. The main bedroom lacked a boxspring so the bed was a little too soft for me. The sofa cushions were also soft as well. However all the appliances and bathroom fixtures, washer, dryer, vacuum, water heater, HVAC controls, WiFi and TV worked. The kitchen had adequate silverware and plates and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was relatively quiet for being close to downtown and there are lots of close places that…

We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and Michael’s was one of the best. We had everything we needed to sleep and cook as much as we wanted. One of the best shower heads we have seen! Location was quiet but also within walking distance to the river trail and to downtown Reno. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The place was cute and felt relatively safe. The entrance does involve going through the same backyard/courtyard as a spa business but that didn’t cause any issues. Communication was good throughout and the location was convenient for what I needed. Seems close to everything downtown but unfortunately I didn’t get time to explore much. I would stay again if I was up in the area.

Michael’s space was just what we needed for our trip to Reno! The truckee river walk was close by and was centrally located to everything Reno has to offer! We loved how spacious the space was and my husband and I were both able to take meetings as there are a couple of places to work, including a desk in one of the large bedrooms. We loved the vibe and decor and really enjoyed our time here!

The place is well decorated, very clean, and quiet. We enjoyed using the court yard for dinner and hang out in the evening. We cooked a few times in the kitchen and it had what we needed. We had an issue with the AC and the host was very responsive and fixed it as quickly as they could. We enjoyed our stay!

If you have a disability with your hips, knees and or vision; this place would not be the best for you. The couches are very close to the ground and it was impossible to get up with out assistance. There is an entrance to the house, a walkway, that is about 50 feet long. It is very dark at night. One solar light is in place, but it is extremely hard to see in this area. The other amenities were great, but make sure to bring salt and pepper.

My co-worker and I were in Reno for a few days and we stayed at this peaceful, private, and beautiful Airbnb. The kitchen was so cute and the beds were extremely comfortable. The river trail along the Truckee was two blocks away, which was great for evening jogging. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great place, easy to find and very clean. I had a couple issues but Michael was very quick to respond. All in all I would stay again. Just a note for dog owners that expect a private backyard setting, this is not the place. The courtyard is attached to a business that is open 7 days a week and open till 7:30pm on the weekends.

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful Reno home! The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway - close to everything we needed and in a lovely neighborhood. Check-in was incredibly easy and seamless, which we really appreciated after our long drive with the kids. What really stood out was how attentive and caring the hosts were throughout our stay. They checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going smoothly, which made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. This place was spotless one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The location couldn’t have been better just a short walk to great restaurants, a cute little market, and all the fun, lively spots nearby. At the same time, the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. It was the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. This was a great airbnb! Everything is new and super clean. It is located directly behind a small spa but I didn’t observe any foot traffic during our stay. Great location on a beautiful tree lined street by the river, and convenient walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Nicely sized and the primary bedroom is beautiful with a comfortable bed. Adjustable lighting in the rooms was a nice touch, too. I definitely recommend!
