Liked the location of the home. House was clean but old. Floors are very squeaky and hard to be quiet in the morning hours if others are still sleeping. Neighbors in the bottom unit are loud due to them arguing.

omg! this place is amazing! so spacious, and clean i love how everything is provided so i wouldnt have to spend extra money! looks just like the photos, amazing location close to parks,take out, corner stors, etc. the host responds very fast answers any questions very respectful and professional overall just an amazing place and i had an amazing stay 10/10 totally recommend!

The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It's convenient to Midtown and UNR, with plenty of nearby dining options. We also appreciated the off-street parking, the Pac-Man arcade game, and having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig available. The owners were responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions.Unfortunately, the house itself showed its age. Built in 1941, it appears that many features have not been significantly updated. Outlet placement was inconvenient, and there were very few accessible outlets for modern devices. Only thing is we only were given 1 roll of toilet paper for a week. There were no additional rolls

great place would stay again oh the floors are a older building so the floors squeaky but that is expected in a older building

The house was just as described and very clean. It was really nice to have parking in the back although it did seem like there was plenty of street parking. The weather was perfect to sit out on the porch, which had a table and four chairs and was quite comfortable. We had a dog along and walking it in the neighborhood felt very safe and comfortable. There's also a nice park close by. Enjoyed coffee at a nice coffee shop just a few blocks away, which had a nice patio for our dog. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well-stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and eating ware.
