Check-in and check-out: Check in from 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM.

The perfect property for anyone visiting a UNR student. From booking, to check-in, to check-out, the host had excellent communication and answered any questions I had. This perfectly appointed home looks brand new, the kitchen is adorable with retro look. It is in the heart of campus making it easy for your student to visit in between classes and activities, while still being close enough to explore Reno. The home is bright and clean and makes for a very comfortable stay. There is a parking spot in the driveway, which can fit an SUV, a parking pass is also provided if you prefer street parking. We will definitely be staying in this cute house again!

The property is beautiful inside and out and right in the heart of the UNR campus. Michael is an amazing host who checks in with you before, during and after your trip. He responds quickly to any questions and I know he would fix any issue in a timely manner if needed. He goes the extra mile by providing little extras like games to play with family, snacks and toiletries that you may have forgotten to pack. I would definitely recommend this house and this host to anyone and we will definitely be back. 😊

This stay was bittersweet for our family we were dropping off our oldest at college. Michael’s house was perfect for this and the location was amazing just down the street from the dorms. His hospitality and suggestions of what was around the house was just amazing and so helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at Michael’s property. Thanks again and be back soon.

Michael’s place is gorgeous. It was the perfect place to be while in Reno for Hot August Nights. It’s in the University neighborhood but nestled at the beginning of the block. I would definitely book again if booking an air bnb in Reno.
