Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel less than 30 days before arrival and 50% is refunded. The terms for your dates are shown again with your price, before you enter a card.

-Late Check-Out Policy: Standard check-out is at 10 AM. A $100 fee applies for missing the check-out time. Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability and approval. -Parking Policy: Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space. Required Rental Agreement – Summary: By booking, Guest agrees to these key terms (the full agreement is sent in Airbnb messages): (1) Only the guests on the reservation may occupy the home; no parties/events; quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. (2) Follow posted home instructions (parking, trash, hot tub, pets if applicable). (3) No smoking or vaping indoors. (4) No separate security deposit is collected; any damage/missing items/excessive cleaning may be handled through Airbnb’s Resolution Center/AirCover. (5) All payments and required fees/taxes are processed exclusively through Airbnb; we never ask for off‑platform payments. (6) Where required by law/HOA/building and disclosed here, Host may request government ID after booking to comply with those rules; any such request will occur in the Airbnb message thread. Michaels place was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was very family friendly, comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood was super quiet, and the house was very close to the freeway and many nice places to eat and shop. Would 100% recommend, and we hope to stay here again!

It was a very nice home and the host was very responsive. When my code didn’t work because the wifi was down he drove over personally to help get me in. I really appreciate the effort that was put into making sure I had a great stay!

Brought my entire family up for the weekend. My parents are extremely picky when it comes to staying anywhere that isn’t their home. When we arrived they immediately felt right at home and couldn’t stop commenting about how comfortable and clean the house was. The yard is definitely pet friendly and kid friendly as the grass makes it a great area to play on. The outdoor grill and table was super nice to be with the family. Great house that was comfortable, clean and cozy. Great host that were quick with communication and instructions.

The family had a wonderful experience overall. We do not know the Reno area very well, but this sure seems like the best side of town to us. The place was beautiful and well prepared - every time we felt we needed something it seemed the owner was one step ahead and we found what we needed immediately. The remodel of the home is stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is absolutely beautiful, great taste in decor. Back yard was perfect for my pup, she really enjoyed running around and enjoying the yard. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend this rental if you're visiting Reno!

This was a really beautiful home beautifully decorated. It was centrally located to where we needed to go. 45 mins from kings beach in north Tahoe. Only complaint is people in the neighborhood park in front of the house so parking can get complicated with multiple cars.

Everything is perfect, strongly recommend. This house is beautiful and silent. Interior decoration is the same as photos. The house is clean and neat. There’s plenty of tableware that is convenient to use. Instructions from landlord are clear and quick.

Super clean and beautiful home. wonderful backyard for the pup. We're not used to city living and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night. I go to Reno for medical treatments and this a great place to recover.

This was the perfect house for our family! It wasn’t, however, a 4 bedroom house as advertised…the 4th bed is the couch in the living room. That aside, we will certainly be back and appreciated all the amenities and layout of the house! Great communication from the hosts - very responsive.

My family stayed here for Christmas and were all very comfortable. The additional space near the kitchen was great while cooking meals together, and the person cooking didn’t miss out on the football game either. The kitchen was well stocked for an Airbnb with plenty of dinnerware/silverware and standard baking/cooking tools. The couch was super comfortable and dining room table fit all of us. As for location, it’s very easy access to I-80 but far back enough you don’t get the noise. We were also high enough that we got snow on Christmas Eve. We would definitely stay again!

The house seemed like it was very recently refurbished, so everything was completely new and immaculate. Everything we needed was there and easy to find for a family with two kids.
