Relax in this beautifully remodeled four bedroom, three bathroom home tucked away in the Tahoe forest of Incline Village. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with skiing and hiking trails right out the back door, this peaceful retreat features an open concept living area, stone gas fireplace, expansive deck with peeks of Lake Tahoe, and a fully renovated kitchen with custom cabinetry and island.

Good to know

Check-in and check-out: Check in from 4:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM.
Length of stay: Usually 3 nights or more; some dates need longer. Up to 90 nights in one booking.
Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel less than 30 days before arrival and 50% is refunded. The terms for your dates are shown again with your price, before you enter a card.

- This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests looking to enjoy Tahoe responsibly. Please be mindful of neighbors and local quiet hours. Winter weather may require AWD or chains during snow season. - No smoking is allowed inside the property - Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee - A signed rental agreement is required after booking and prior to check-in. Required Rental Agreement : By booking, Guest agrees to these key terms (the full agreement is sent in Airbnb messages): (1) Only the guests on the reservation may occupy the home; no parties/events; quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. (2) Follow posted home instructions (parking, trash, hot tub, pets if applicable). (3) No smoking or vaping indoors. (4) No separate security deposit is collected; any damage/missing items/excessive cleaning may be handled through Airbnb’s Resolution Center/AirCover. (5) All payments and required fees/taxes are processed exclusively through Airbnb; we never ask for off‑platform payments. (6) Where required by law/HOA/building and disclosed here, Host may request government ID after booking to comply with those rules; any such request will occur in the Airbnb message thread. (7) This summary and the full agreement are supplemental to Airbnb’s Terms; if there’s a conflict, Airbnb’s Terms govern.

We have had a great time staying at Michael’s place. The host was very responsive and even allowed a late check out for us on request. The property itself is very clean and private, and is in a great location.

Michael’s place is a beautiful place in a very peaceful area. It was perfect for a small girls trip. We felt right at home. Everything was super clean and modern looking. The hosts were very responsive with any thing we needed. Would recommend using fans due to no air conditioning in the summer, but otherwise truly a great find!!

The location was nice and the house was clean. The living room and kitchen area were spacious with a comfy couch. There were a couple beds that weren’t very comfortable and the a/c didn’t reach the top floor bedrooms so they were hot at night. One of the bedrooms didn’t have curtains that covered the whole window so we woke up very early every day.

The house was beautiful and it a great location. It was perfect for us. I wasn’t able to park my car in the driveway or garage because of how steep the driveway is, but that was totally ok because there were places in front of the house to park. The communication with the hosts were amazing and the hosts ensured we had everything we needed when we arrived and even the next day.

This homes was everything and more than we expected. The home was clean, updated and very peaceful. There was plenty of room for a family of four. We loved the layout. The host was very quick to respond when we had a question and also took their time to send out very detailed instructions to check in and out. Something to keep in mind, the driveway is very steep but fortunately parking was available on the street right in front of the home. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed dinner a few times outside and the view wasy nice, we had a few peeks of the lake. As a family, we all agreed we would love to come back to this home.

We definitely enjoyed staying at Michael’s house and he was a great host. Enjoyed the home with ample and open space in the main living area and nice sized bedrooms and restrooms. Would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends who don’t mind walking the stairs up. It was good exercise for our family so we didn’t mind. Location is in a lovely area, nice for evening walks, and not far at all from main beaches, grocery store, and restaurants we enjoy on our trip up here in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great time and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. Close enough to the town center so you don’t have to worry about driving far but still secluded in the mountains with great views.

Home is a great location and not too far from the most popular places in North Tahoe. Having three bathrooms is convenient for 6 guests, and the kitchen was stocked with plates and cookware. I was pleased by how the host was responsive to any issues that occurred during our stay.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! We found the place to be comfortable and spacious. We liked that the house felt off on its own but still only a few minutes drive from all the restaurants/stores/skiing. Each bathroom was nice and big and had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Since it was snowing, we parked in the carport area on the street and didn’t have an issue with the stairs. They have a company come to clear the snow so it was no problem! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

Location is perfect for a quite getaway. The home has all the essentials with comfy beds & 3 spacious restrooms. The deck was perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Keep in mind the driveway is steep & there are stairs to get to the front door. I would definitely stay here again.
