Michael and Kaycea were very responsive and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. They were always willing to help, and Michael even helped with early check-in, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe, I never experienced any issues during my stay. The house is about a 12 minute walk from Renown Hospital, which was very convenient for me. Reno Public Market, the Truckee River, and Midtown are also within walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Renting this home by the month
Our own team
The people who clean and maintain this home are Duvoire staff, based here, not a call centre.
One published set of terms
Every home we let by the month runs on the same deposit rule, the same utilities and the same house rules. Nothing is negotiated home by home.
A written Nevada lease
Every stay runs on a written lease with a firm start and end date. At 28 nights or more the occupant is a residential tenant, not a guest, and we treat them as one.
