Our stay in the house was functional and everything inside worked properly once the water service was restored, which was affected by a pipe break until 10:00 p.m. from our arrival at 7:55 p.m. The host remained friendly and attentive, although there were important details that affected our initial experience after a long journey: the cleanliness of the master bedroom sheets was not optimal and required a wash before use. There was also very particular odor inside the house that we had to neutralize. We had a very pleasant stay at this property and would absolutely consider returning. The home was clean, bright, and very open, which made it comfortable to spend time in throughout the weekend. Everything was well-maintained, and the space had everything we needed for our stay, which made it easy to settle in right away.The location was easy to find, and the parking was convenient. One small thing to be aware of is that the mailbox sits fairly close to the driveway, so if you are pulling in two cars, it can be a little tight, and you may need to pull a mirror in to avoid it. We traveled to Reno to have Christmas with family that lives in the same neighborhood. It was so convenient to be able to just walk over to our son’s house.

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. The house was very nice. Master bedroom with private bathroom and two smaller bedrooms. All beds were very comfortable. Nice high quality linens and blankets. Made for very comfortable nights!The location was mentioned in some previous reviews as not very nice, but we were fine with it. Neighbors were very quiet, even though one seems to be a bit of a driveway hoarder :)It’s close to some busy roads, but there was zero traffic noise. My family and I stayed here while we were having work done on our new house and everyone was comfortable and felt at home. The kids slept well and the dog was safe with a sturdy fence in the back. The neighborhood is quiet with all the amenities close by. The house is comfy with everything that you need for a quick trip or extended stay.

This place is amazing! Beautiful home In a great neighborhood. Michael was amazing to deal with and was very quick to respond. Very clean and had everything we could have ever needed. The spacious backyard worked perfect for our dog and 3 kids. 5 stars isn’t enough for this home. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area!!

The house was exactly as described and it worked out perfectly for us (4 adults and 2 teenagers) We were minutes away from the Costco and a very short drive to downtown Reno. Beds were very comfortable and house had plenty of room.

Great Spot / Great Location

I was home visiting family for my 50th birthday and the house was centered between all of them perfectly. Easy to get to with the ability to avoid Sparks Blvd and Vista at peak traffic times and minutes away from great parks, trails, and off leash open space for my dog at the Disc Open Space.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael, Trey and Angela’s place. It was very cute, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were an added bonus because we were there for a volleyball tournament and needed to wash my daughter’s uniforms nightly. They were super friendly and responsive in general, especially great communication when I couldn’t get the TV to turn on or find garbage bags. All the stars!

This place was great, the amenities were wonderful, and the beds and furniture were conditions comfortable. Check in was straight forward and easy. The host was proactive in communicating instructions before and during our stay. The extra space was great and worked well for game nights with the kids. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated. I personally loved the live plants throughout the house.

It should be clarified when it says it can sleep 6, that means 3 couple in 3 bedrooms. My fault for not looking closer. Luckily a member of our party had to back out of the trip so it all worked out. During the booking I asked if we could use the garage. We were told yes. The day arrived we got there and they had a new property manager and he said the garage was not available. I told him that was not problem for us for we needed to secure expensive equipment and did not want to lug into the home. I pointed him to the messages during the booking process and granted us an exception. So 5 stars for him!

This place was perfect! We felt right at home. It was very easy to find, check in was a breeze with smart lock. There was everything we needed to make our own meals, and the kids really enjoyed having tvs in each room. The house was super cute, cozy, clean and perfect for our 4 night stay while in Reno. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've stayed in a number of Airbnb properties over the last two months and Trey's was, hands down, that best one. I absolutely love their space, it is apparent they want to ensure guests feel at home and welcome in the space. The beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture in the home. This space is perfect for those that want to feel at home and able to relax. If you're fortunate to come across this home as available during your travel dates DO NOT pass up the opportunity to reserve Trey's home for your stay!

This place was awesome and very very spacious. I loved how clean and comfortable it was. Parking was fine and safe. The driveway looks like it can use some fixing but other than that the house was nice. I would stay here again.
