Michael was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. The place was great and the location is fantastic — walkable to grocery store/coffee shops/restaurants etc. Overall great place for larger groups or families and would definitely stay again.

It’s older but had been updated. It appeared the cleaning company likely left old bedding on the beds that hadn’t been washed. There was pet hair and fingernail clippings and they looked unclean. My toddler found a rotting cup of a red substance with mold in the coffee table shelf and almost drank it. The hot tub lid was wide open when we arrived and it was only half full. I had to message the host to which he had someone fill it but it wouldn’t warm up. There was pots being used to collect the water drip from the ac unit instead of getting it fixed. There were spider webs in and outside everywhere. I messaged the host indicating we didn’t feel safe staying there, I sent him pictures of…

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. Michael was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly whenever we needed anything and immediately had his contractors come out when needed. Great experience overall!

Great location accommodated my large group very well. Plenty of space for everyone did not feel claustrophobic whatsoever. The backyard was very well sized. You were located in what I would consider the hipster side of town. You are not close to the downtown area but close if that makes sense. Absolutely best location. I’ve stayed at in Reno so far. Felt safe for my family and the kids that we brought with us. We even took a night walk in the area. The grocery store was very close yet. The downtown area was very close as well. The home was very private. Overall, an amazing experience will definitely book again if the house is still available. The kitchen could use some additional cooking…

100% would recommend this home to family and friends. Felt like home and more. Michael was a great help and made accommodations so smooth and communication was great. The place didn’t have AC UNIT, but with the summer heat in June and our little ones it was the only thing that made us request a bit more from our host. After bringing it up our request to Michael he was very helpful and made our summer vacation even more relaxing, a portable AC was brought to the house that same night. Thank You So Much!!! Would definitely be back for more memories
